Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before the Scheduled Arrival Date
With the exception of reservations for the entire property or stays of 30 days or more, if you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, you may transfer your 20% deposit to a future reservation. This allows you to change your dates without losing your deposit. If there is a rate difference, the rate for the new dates will apply.

Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date
If a guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the reserved nights is due.

Cancellation 7 days or less before the arrival date
If a guest cancels less than 7 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued, and the full amount for all reserved nights is due.

The full balance of the invoice will be charged to your credit card if you do not check in on the day of arrival.
No credit or refund will be granted for late arrivals or early departures.

Cancellation Exception – Exclusive Rentals of the Entire Property and Stays of 30 Days or More

For any exclusive rental of the entire property or any stay of 30 days or more, the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.

This condition is due to the exclusive use of the property and the prolonged blocking of availability, which limits the ability to re-rent the spaces.
