It is with the sincere vision of creating a place of connections and (re)connections that for over a year we visited several locations to find the place where we would manifest our dream.
A year later, we arrived in Rawdon on the magnificent land of Chalets des Pins, a place that has been preserved and nurtured by the same family for over 70 years. Setting foot there for the first time on my birthday, we felt great shivers. The following summer solstice we officially left the big city, I left my position as a lawyer, with our two children, to come and put down roots in the heart of the mountains and the century-old pines that caress the stars along the edge of this magnificent lake with crystal-clear waters.
In the heart of Lanaudière, we dream of a living place where nature inspires, gathers and transforms. A place where we welcome guests respectful of the living, in search of authentic reconnection with themselves, their loved ones and the environment.
We wish to share the richness of our region, its unique terroir, its preserved landscapes and its passionate artisans. More than a simple destination, Domaine Chalets des Pins is an anchor point to live memorable, nourishing and aligned moments.
Our vision is also turned toward the future: by taking a green turn and by focusing on sustainable and responsible development, we wish to preserve the beauty of this place for future generations, so that they too can slow down there, marvel… and feel.
We do not consider ourselves as the owners of the lands, but rather as the “guardians” of this corner of paradise. We protect and maintain it with love and, in return, it shows us the true meaning of beauty, abundance and cyclicality.
Sabrina & David
I have just lived my first experience at Domaine Chalets des Pins and it will certainly not be the last. An incredible welcome in such a serene environment. The stay was rejuvenating, as much in the walks through the pines as in the gentleness and warmth that the chalet brings us. It is obvious that this magnificent place is maintained with love and attention, thank you very much to the owners for your warm welcome.

Our mission is to bring the humans who walk our lands to connect in an enchanting setting by ensuring that they live memorable and rejuvenating moments there in connection with the flora, the fauna and the human, and by preserving this corner of paradise as well as its history where man and nature coexist in mutual respect.

Sustainable and responsible development
We are committed to preserving the beauty and integrity of our natural domain, for today and for tomorrow. This translates into conscious choices in our daily practices, our local partnerships, the upkeep of our spaces and the projects we develop. We believe that respectful tourism can be a driver of positive change. For our second year of operation, we are committed to adopting a clear Sustainable Development Policy and a concrete Action Plan.
Respect
We honour every element of the synergy: the humans, the fauna, the flora, the seasons, the history of the place. Here, respect guides the welcome, the relationships and the decisions. We welcome guests who share this same desire to live in harmony with the environment and others.
