Immerse your participants in a peaceful natural setting where centuries-old pine and cedar trees frame the backdrop of our private lake, just 50 minutes from Montréal. Our domain is the ideal place to organize wellness events and retreats — whether for yoga, meditation, rituals, ceremonies, or personal development and team-building workshops.

The cottages are all within a 5-minute walk of each other and all have walking access (5 minutes) to our sandy beach on a private lake with swimmable water. On the beach you will find an outdoor fire pit.
Except in winter, nautical watercraft are available. The 680-square-foot Yurt is located at the entrance of our forest, about a 2-minute walk from the welcome parking area, and is heated by wood. 18 yoga mats and bolsters are available for your use.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Organizers may check in at 2:00 PM (we prioritize releasing your cottage first). Participants may check in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. An early check-in and/or late check-out can be added to your booking for an additional fee of $50/hour.
Catering
We do not offer catering services, but we can provide referrals.
Bathroom Products
We complimentarily provide all bathroom essentials, including personal care products (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) as well as towels (beach towels excluded).

Booking
To make a reservation, please contact us at info@chaletsdespins.ca. We will be happy to check availability with you. Once your dates are confirmed, a 20% deposit will be required by Interac e-transfer to secure the reservation.
Cancellation 30 Days or More Before the Arrival Date
For any full-property rental or any stay of 30 days or more, the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. This policy is due to the exclusive reservation of the property and the extended blocking of availability, which limits the possibility of re-renting the spaces.
Cancellation Between 7 and 30 Days Before the Arrival Date
If a guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the reserved nights are due.
Cancellation 7 Days or Less Before the Arrival Date
If a guest cancels less than 7 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued and the full amount for all reserved nights is owed.

To cancel, please send an email to info@chaletsdespins.ca or call 450-834-3401. Your cancellation gives the owners the right to begin searching for new guests for the originally reserved dates.
